It's not anything--I made it up to play on the whole 'shipping' thing. Ships in the British Royal Navy are referred to as Her/His Majesty's Ship [fill in name of ship]. As House is a US series I probably should have gone with U.S.S. (United States Ship) Buttsecks, but HMS is funnier to me than USS.
